Homeowners
As a homeowner, your loan will be secured on your
property by way of a second mortgage. This does-not
affect or disturb your existing mortgage in any way. In
most instances we take an unregistered second Mortgage
and lodge a Caveat against the property. (no solicitors
are involved).
Maximum term of the loan is 60 months (5 years).

Tenants
As a tenant, it can be difficult at times to borrow
money. At Pacific Loans Limited, we are happy to provide
personal loans, secured against motor vehicles/ life
insurance policies/ shares and/or chattels (household
furniture).
Loans range from $250 to $20,000 repayable over 24
months (2 years).
